As in all ventures the beginning is the most frustrating. Glimmers of tomorrow too often turn out to be false profits. Seems to me talent alone is not the most important consideration, but one that can readily be measured. The intangibles, the will to succeed is tough to measure and recognized only in the eye of the beholder.
