A friend of mine shared a comparison of two headlines and titled it ‘Quality journalism’ v. science

To which another friend of ours shared a link that will let you learn more about the stuff that is circling the Earth right now. I thought it was pretty cool (but I'm a geek) and wanted to share in case you'd like to explore some more. :)

Stuff In Space

Stuff in Space is a realtime 3D map of objects in Earth orbit, visualized using WebGL.

The website updates daily with orbit data from Space-Track.org and uses the excellent satellite.js Javascript library to calculate satellite positions.

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill
