285 Tourism Committee Meeting Tomorrow Night

You are all welcome to attend our 285 Tourism Committee Meeting tomorrow night at the Conifer Chamber Office, from 5:30-6:30pm (just before the Conifer Town Hall Meeting). We are finalizing the CO Tourism Grant Application to send out (we could use some proof-readers) and wrapping up our 2015-2017 Foothill Adventures Map Sales. If anyone can help with delivering current maps to businesses along the corridor, we could use some assistance re-stocking. Thank you all of the local businesses and nonprofits who renewed or purchased ads - we have officially sold more ads than the previous two editions of the map!

We are going to have a booth at Emily's Parade this year, Sept 28th, and are in need of a couple more volunteers to help staff it, or bake cookies to donate to the cookie tent (we need 12 dozen total). The booth hours are 9am~2pm; if you have a preference for early or later, we can accommodate!
