I have volunteered to coordinate a shoe drive for an exciting organization, Samaritan’s Feet.
The goal of our group is simple: To bring hope to 3-5 hundred youth from the Mountain Ute reservation area, by putting a pair of new shoes on their feet, and to encourage them to recognize their potential as God’s creation. We will wash their feet, encourage them, and clothe them. There's nothing fancy about this - we're simply washing feet and providing for some basic needs.
I’d like to invite you to join me in supporting this shoe drive. It only takes $15 to put shoes onto one person’s feet.
The Samaritan's Feet project is an exciting and inspiring initiative, supported by organizations such as Lowe's, Coca Cola, and Buick.
