Jeffco Sheriffs Office 2016 Safety in Faith Summit: Partners for Prevention

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with other Jefferson County law enforcement and fire protection agencies, is sponsoring the second annual Safety in Faith Summit “Partners for Prevention."
This FREE summit, which will be held next Thursday, August 18, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., offers information and inspiration on safety and security for places of worship. Participation is free but registration is required due to limited space. Lunch provided.
There will be several speakers and topics include:
*What to do until help arrives
• Recognizing suspicious persons
• Responding to an active shooter
• The roles of fire & EMS in public safety
• Crime prevention from the outside in
