The Firewood Ministry at Conifer Community Church needs volunteers

The Firewood Ministry at Conifer Community Church needs 30+ volunteers to fetch all the wood donors had lined up for the mission team that had to cancel. Please help if you can. A few hours or all day, all help is appreciated.

God is GREAT! He never ceases to amaze!

Unfortunately, the mission team from Columbus IN had to cancel their trip. Thank you to those who signed up to volunteer your time, homes, and/or resources. Hugs and high-5s to you.

Regardless, we have been blessed with a strong number of donors, wanting to donate their wood to “the cause”. They are lined up. Over 60 cords await our attention. Thus, we are shifting gears to make this happen. We will continue with the Summer Wood Project, with altered plans. Fetching only. No processing. No deliveries.

Volunteer needs
Pray on the following, as we are needing help with:
Many trailers
Many pickup trucks
Many bodies
Chainsaws to trim and block the logs, as needed
Water, Gatorade, snacks for the team.
