INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION
Meditation awakens us to the joy of the present moment. In this four-part course, we are exploring the simplicity and benefits of meditation. It’s not as hard as you think. You don’t have to be Buddhist or belong to any religion to meditate. All you need is a sincere desire to open your heart and mind to the present moment. The four sessions build on each other, so it is imperative to attend all four to reap the greatest benefits.
In this course, you will learn:
• How to get started with meditation
• How to meditate using sound and mantra
• How to meditate using the breath (pranayama)
• How to meditate using awareness (mindfulness)
• There will be guided meditations as well
• And more…
