If you live on the front range, come on up to Conifer and enjoy part of the day eating smoked meats while learning how to use your smoker. We'll be at the Big R store in their parking lot.

At the Big R parking lot in Conifer
Hosted by Timber Ridge Church & COFA-Christian Outdoor Fellowship of America.
Meat Smoking classes will begin at 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30 AM
Live music by Troublesome Gulch
Activities for kids will be a bouncy house. Also, Free Food.

If you ever wanted to learn how to smoke different kinds of meats these classes are for you. Will Johnson is the COFA host and chef of smoking meats. If you enjoy the outdoors and eating, this will be a great time for the entire family.
