Women and Seniors Self-Defense Course

On Thursday August 18th, COFA will be hosting a Self-Defense Course for females over 17 and for anyone over age 50.

Have you ever been scared of being attacked, kidnapped, or carjacked? Probably most of us have felt uneasy walking to our car or walking at the mall. This class will be very helpful for those of you who want to learn more about self-defense. With all the attacks on innocent people happening on the front range and across the country, why not learn how to defend yourself?

COFA will be having a self-defense class on August18th from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. We will cover situational awareness, unarmed self-defense techniques, self-defense tools, and techniques to avoid being kidnapped and to escape from a kidnapping.

You can observe or participate, whichever you are comfortable with.

This is a class for those over 50, or females 18 and older. To register for this class, go to the following link cofausa.org/civicrm/event/register/?id=115&reset=1

Scott Aurand will be the instructor. If you have any questions please call Scott at 720.280.7833 or call Leslie at 303.909.3707

COFA is an All Volunteer organization and is a designated 501(c)3 Non-profit organization. Your tax deductible suggested donation of $10 goes toward training materials/equipment and is greatly appreciated!
