Help COFA win a donation from Scheels, we need your help!

Dear Friends and Families of COFA,

We need your help! We have an opportunity with Scheels to possibly win a donation of $5000 for a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Scheels has invited us to submit Christian Outdoor Fellowship of America to get our name into the running for this cash prize!
If you are willing to help COFA, follow the steps below to submit COFA for an award:

Note: Only 1 nomination is accepted per person. Multiple submissions for the same person will not be accepted. Additionally, you may only use one email address per person to make a nomination.

1) Go to this link: www.scheels.com/johnstowngiving
2) Then click the red button that says: CLICK HERE AND NOMINATE YOUR FAVORITE NON-PROFIT!
3) You may be asked to sign up for Scheels emails. Please do this, and you may choose whether or not to receive emails from them. If already signed up for emails, Check your email address shown, for accuracy. If not correct, click on SWITCH ACCOUNT and choose the account you would like to use.
4) Type your email address in the next box.
5) Then type your full name in the final box provided.
6) Click NEXT.
7) On this page, go to the bottom box where it says: DONT SEE YOUR FAVORITE NON-PROFIT LISTED ABOVE? PLEASE WRITE IN YOUR NOMINATION HERE
8) Then copy/paste or type in the following to answer: CHRISTIAN OUTDOOR FELLOWSHIP OF AMERICA
9) Click NEXT.
10) Choose YES or NO if you would like to receive emails about SCHEELS events, promotions, giveaways, and more.
11) Click whether or not you would like to receive a copy of your responses.
12) Then click SUBMIT.
13) After submitting your entry, you will receive a confirmation screen that says - THANK YOU FOR YOUR NOMINATION!
