On Thursday, January 12th, COFA will be hosting a Self-Defense Course for females over 17 and for anyone over age 50.

COFA is hosting a Self-Defense Class for women and people over 50 on Thursday, January 12th, from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm.

Have you ever been scared of being attacked, kidnapped, or carjacked? Probably most of us have felt uneasy walking to our car or walking at the mall. This class will be beneficial for those of you who want to learn more about self-defense.

The class will cover situational awareness, unarmed self-defense techniques, self-defense tools, and techniques to avoid being kidnapped and to escape from a kidnapping.

You can observe or participate, whichever you are comfortable with.
This is a class for those over 50 or females 18 and older.
