On Thursday, March 16th, COFA will be hosting a Self-Defense Course for females over 17 and for anyone over age 50.

COFA is hosting a Self Defense Class for Women and people over 50 on Thursday, March 16th, from 6:00 pm - 7:30.

Have you ever been scared of being attacked, kidnapped, or carjacked? Probably most of us have felt uneasy walking to our car or the mall. This class will benefit those who want to learn more about self-defense.

The class will cover situational awareness, unarmed self-defense techniques, self-defense tools, and techniques to avoid being kidnapped and to escape from a kidnapping.

You can observe or participate, whichever you are comfortable with.
This is a class for those over 50 or females 18 and older.
