If you've ever dreamed about hunting elk in the Colorado Rockies, you want to take advantage of the women's October 2023 hunt!

Can you imagine listening to a bugling bull in the aspen meadow just below the ridge you're sitting on? The bull gets closer and closer; you hear the twigs snap, the leaves rustle, and you see him off in the distance coming your way! This could be the hunt you have always dreamed about! COFA provides some of the best reasons to go elk hunting. Pristine views, excellent hunting camp, safe environment for moms and their daughters, and plenty of elk, deer, and bear.

Each year, COFA has hunters who have never been in or hunted the Colorado Rockies. But, you should see the look in their eyes when they see the area we hunt in! They are in awe of the breathtaking views they see. They look like kids opening up their Christmas gifts.

COFA's goal is to build relationships with those who attend a COFA hunt or any event. We want to be able to encourage, through the COFA hunts, making their spiritual walk to building better marriages, building better relations with their children. You may ask, well, how do you do that if you're hunting all day? The main event is not the hunt but what follows in the evening when you return to camp after hunting. Those on the COFA leadership team will lead a nightly devotional geared toward specific issues that women deal with.

If you have never hunted elk, we encourage you to come. Many in camp are experienced elk hunters and can help you with the basics of Elk hunting. We are not outfitters or guides, but we will share our love of elk hunting.

The purpose of the COFA hunt camps is to build lasting relationships that will carry women into eternity, knowing and serving the Lord. We often hear about women who have no connections with their parents and can see that having a friend can help them through the journey they are on now.

IMPORTANT NOTE!!! COFA will host the men's and women's hunt camps during the same week in 2023! While the men will stay in their camp, the women will remain in their own camp, just a short drive away. This provides a great opportunity for dads and daughters to hunt together during the day, moms and sons to hunt together, husbands and wives, friends, or any combination thereof!

The cost is $625 per person. A non-refundable deposit of $325 will guarantee your spot on the hunt. The remaining $300 is to be received by COFA no later than 4 weeks before the day we leave for the Hunt & Fish Retreat. Youths (17 and under) only require a deposit of $325.
