On Saturday, March 11th, COFA will be hosting a Western Big Game Clinic!
Exciting News! COFA will be hosting its second Annual Women's Hunt in 2023! You can begin to prepare by attending this clinic to learn about the equipment and techniques of a successful hunt.
COFA's Western Big Game Hunt Clinic on March 11th will be from 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm at the COFA Green Barn.
If you're new to western big game hunting or would like to sit in and share some of your tips for the group, come and join us.
You'll learn the techniques for hunting elk and mule deer in this clinic. COFA's experienced staff will teach you how to use scents, calls, blinds, and decoys and how to read maps for locating elk and deer. You'll discover what gear you should carry in your hunt pack. Discover thoughts on what are the best calibers for elk and deer. Learn what kind of survival gear should be carried when you're hunting in the field in mountains, forests, or plains. Many people die needlessly in the outdoors because they are not equipped with the right gear. It's a fun class; all are welcome to attend.
COFA is an All-Volunteer organization and is a designated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your tax-deductible suggested donation of $10 goes toward training materials/equipment and is greatly appreciated!
