On Thursday, June 1st, COFA will be hosting a Self-Defense Course for females over 17 and for anyone over age 50. COFA is hosting a Self Defense Class for Women and people over 50 on Thursday, June 1st, from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm. Have you ever been scared of being attacked, kidnapped, or carjacked? Probably most of us have felt uneasy walking to your car or walking at the mall. This class will be very helpful for those of you who want to learn more about self-defense.
The class will cover situational awareness, unarmed self-defense techniques, self-defense tools, and techniques to avoid kidnapping and escape.
You can observe or participate, whichever you are comfortable with. This is a class for those over 50 or females 18 and older.
Scott Aurand will be the instructor. If you have any questions, please call Scott at 720.280.7833
COFA is an All Volunteer organization designated 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Your tax-deductible suggested donation of $10 goes toward training materials/equipment and is greatly appreciated!
