On Saturday, July 6, COFA will host a Home Bread Dutch Oven Cooking Class with live demonstrations and taste tests! (WARNING) You will gain some weight sampling these breads!

This class on Saturday, July 6th, will be at the COFA Green Barn from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The address is 8660 South Fairall Road, Morrison, CO 80465. The weather is supposed to be great, in the upper 70's and no rain, so no excuses about the weather...lol

Introduction to Dutch Oven Cooking: Learn basic Dutch oven techniques for proper care and seasoning of your oven, how to store your Dutch oven, and learn how to use the right coals for the proper temperature for your recipe.
