Women & Seniors Self-Defense Course – Tuesday, August 6th, – 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
COFA is hosting a Self-Defense Class for Women and anyone over 50 on Tuesday, August 6th, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
If you have ever wondered if you should take a self-defense class, why not? With today's crime rates soaring—burglaries, car thefts, and robberies—don't you think learning how to defend yourself is worth the effort? This will be a fun class; invite a friend to attend with you.

Have you ever been scared of being attacked, kidnapped, or carjacked? Most of us have probably felt uneasy hiking in the woods, walking to our car, or at the mall. This class will be very helpful for those who want to learn more about self-defense.
The class will cover situational awareness, unarmed self-defense techniques, self-defense tools, and techniques to avoid kidnapping and escape.
You can observe or participate, whichever you are comfortable with.
This class is for those over 50 or females 18 and older.
Scott Aurand will be the instructor. If you have any questions, please call Scott at 720.280.7833
COFA is an All-Volunteer, non-denominational, designated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your tax-deductible suggested donation of $10 goes toward training materials/equipment and is greatly appreciated!
