On Thursday, March 26th, COFA will be hosting a Self-Defense Course for anyone 10 years and older.
Have you ever been scared of being attacked, kidnapped, or carjacked? Probably most of us have felt uneasy hiking in the woods, walking to our car, or walking in the mall. This class will be very helpful for those of you who want to learn more about self-defense.
The class will cover situational awareness, unarmed self-defense techniques, self-defense tools, and methods to avoid being kidnapped and to escape from one.
You can observe or participate, whichever you are comfortable with.
This is a class for anyone 10 years and older (Parent/Guardians must remain at class with children under 18).

COFA is an All-Volunteer, non-denominational, designated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your tax-deductible suggested donation of $10 goes toward training materials and equipment and is greatly appreciated!
