Self-Defense Course – Thursday, May 28th – 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

On Thursday, May 28th, COFA will host a Self-Defense Course for anyone 10 years or older who lives in Evergreen, Conifer, Pine, Bailey, or Morrison.

Have you ever been scared of being attacked, kidnapped, or carjacked? Probably most of us have felt uneasy hiking in the woods, walking to our car, or walking in the mall. This class will be very helpful for those of you who want to learn more about self-defense.

The class will cover situational awareness, unarmed self-defense techniques, self-defense tools, and techniques for avoiding kidnapping and escaping from it.

You can observe or participate, whichever you are comfortable with.

This is a class for anyone 10 years or older (Parents/Guardians must remain with children under 18).
