COFA-Christian Outdoor Fellowship of America is having its Monthly Off-Road Ride – North Tarryall – Sat, June 20th, Starts at 7:00 until 1:00 PM

Jeeps, UTVs (Side-by-Sides), ATVs, and dirt bikes are welcome. CB radios will be used to maintain communication between the leading and last vehicles. We will have stops along the route to re-group, visit, and have fun.

As ATV enthusiasts, we select safe trails that allow beginners and experienced riders alike to feel secure and enjoy their time outdoors. Our goal is to enjoy riding together and making new friends.

Before going on any ATV trip, make sure that your ATV (OHV - Off-Highway Vehicle), is given a bumper to bumper walk through. Make sure you have a full tank of gas and extra fuel. Is your oil at the proper level? Are your tires in safe riding condition? Are the fluids topped off? Do you have the proper weather gear (rain gear, sunscreen, etc.)? Did you pack water, snacks, and lunch? Are you wearing the proper clothes and shoes? Boots are recommended, along with jeans, sweaters, sweatshirts, and gloves. If you have any questions on what to wear or bring, call 303.880.9878.

The meeting's staging area will be at Platte Canyon High School, alongside the road. Please arrive 10-15 min before departure time. We leave on time at 7:00 am sharp. If you're running behind due to traffic, call 303.880.9878 or 303.909.3707 to let us know. We will let you know where we are meeting to unload ATV trailers.

COFA off-road events can be canceled due to bad weather conditions, rain/snow/lightning, and high winds of 50 MPH or more. Call 303.880.9878 or 303.909.3707 to see if the event has been canceled. Your safety is our primary concern. If you have any questions about the ride, call 303.880.9878.

Note: COFA recommends having insurance on your OHV. You never know what may happen, and it's best to be protected. We highly recommend wearing a helmet when riding, and children under 18 must wear one by CO law.

Where to Meet

We will meet at Platte Canyon High School on Saturday, June 20th, at 6:50 AM and leave by 7:00 AM sharp, located 3 miles west of Bailey off HWY 285. School is on the right side of HWY 285 if you're heading south from Denver.

What to Bring

Bring your lunch, snacks, water, sunscreen, and camera. Bring your rain gear, wear boots, have gloves, and dress in layers.

If you have any questions about what to wear or bring, call Mike at 303.880.9878 or Leslie at 303.909.3707.
