On Thursday, September 24th, COFA (Christian Outdoor Fellowship of America) will be hosting a Self-Defense Class for anyone 10 years old or older.

Have you ever been scared of being attacked, kidnapped, or carjacked? Probably most of us have felt uneasy hiking in the woods, walking to our car, or walking at the mall. This class will be very helpful for those of you who want to learn more about self-defense.
The class will cover situational awareness, unarmed self-defense techniques, self-defense tools, and techniques to avoid being kidnapped and to escape from a kidnapping.
You can observe or participate, whichever you are comfortable with.
This is a class for anyone 10 years and older (Parent/Guardians must remain at class with children under 18).
Scott Aurand will be the instructor. If you have any questions, please call Scott at 720-280-7833.
