Hello! I'm posting for a friend hoping to move back here to the Conifer/Pine Junction/Bailey area this fall. He wants to Lease/Puchase a home. Specifically, lease for 6 months, then purchase your home in the spring. If you have a home listed now, or are thinking of listing soon, a well-maintained home in the $600,000-$685,000 range, 1600 sq.ft.+/- on 2+/- acres. Please contact Mike Brooks at 303.880.9878
