GivingFirst.org is an online resource featuring hundreds of Colorado charities. Made possible by the nonprofit Community First Foundation, it encourages charitable giving by providing comprehensive, objective and up-to-date information about Colorado charities—and an easy way to support them online.
By helping people make informed decisions, we hope this site becomes indispensable for local giving, while raising awareness of the organizations that are essential for fostering quality of life in Colorado.

Colorado Gives Day is an initiative to increase philanthropy in Colorado through online giving. Presented by Community First Foundation and FirstBank, Colorado Gives Day will take place during a 24-hour period on Tuesday, December 4, 2012. Donations will be accepted through the website GivingFirst.org, with a goal to inspire and unite Coloradans in supporting local nonprofits.

Community First Foundation, a community foundation serving metro Denver, created the initiative in 2010 with the financial support of Colorado-based FirstBank.

GivingFirst is an online giving program that centers on a website called GivingFirst.org. This online resource features the profiles of more than 1,000 Colorado charities. Made possible by Community First Foundation, it encourages year-round charitable giving by providing comprehensive, objective and up-to-date information about local nonprofits and an easy way to support them online.
