This is absolutely outrageous that this happened - this man was arrested last year, allowed to plead to a lesser charge so he could get out and do it again!? We need harsher penalties to prevent this kind of abuse from recurring - many attacks on girls are from people they know, who have a position of power over them. This is unacceptable!

A 14-year-old who was one of three girls assaulted at a condominium complex near Breckenridge early Saturday remains in critical condition, the Summit County Sheriff's Office said Monday.
Prosecutors say at least two of the girls were daughters of a woman with whom the 37-year-old suspect once had a relationship. Deputies were called to the Great Divide Condominiums at 1258 Baldy Road at about 1:45 a.m. on Saturday on reports of an assault in progress. The sheriff's office said it found two 14-year-old girls and one 10-year-old had been assaulted.

SUMMIT COUNTY, Colo. - A Breckenridge man arrested in a weekend attack that left a 14-year-old girl in critical condition and two other girls hurt was arrested last year for alleged violence against children but was allowed to plead to lesser charges and avoid jail.
Sources tell CALL7 Investigator John Ferrugia that the suspect, 37-year-old Sky Wodraska, was charged last year with sexually assaulting the now-14-year-old girl who was critically injured in the weekend attack.
Wodraska was arrested in June 2014 and charged with sexually assaulting a child under age 15, according to court records. However, the Summit County District Attorney's Office dismissed the sex assault case and allowed Wodraska to plead guilty to misdemeanor child abuse in January of this year. He was sentenced to two years of probation on Wednesday.
Wodraska was arrested twice last year on alleged crimes of violence against child, court records show.
