Bootstraps, Inc: upcoming events!

There is a lot going on in the Bootstraps world and I wanted to let you know what some of those things are. I hope you are as excited as we are about what's going to be happening in the next six months. Keep reading below for all the details.

Nashville Recording Artist Pete Martinez in Concert Benefiting Bootstraps

First on our list is a concert at the Evergreen Lake House. Nashville recording artist Pete Martinez will be performing for the benefit of Bootstraps on April 14th. This intimate evening begins at 6:00 with cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and mingling with Pete and your friends. At 7:00, Pete will begin his performance while you sip your drink and enjoy some great food.

Pete is graciously donating all proceeds from this event to Bootstraps. So put on your finest cowboy boots and hat and help Pete and Bootstraps to continue the 70-year tradition of helping mountain-area students reach their educational dreams.

Wine on the Rocks

The rumors are true: there will not be a Bootstraps Winefest in 2016. But there will be Wine on the Rocks !

Save the date for August 6th from noon to 5 for Wine on the Rocks. You read right, a new name! We are headed to Morrison with this year's event to T.E.V. Edelweiss, overlooking Red Rocks Park. It is going to be a fabulous event!

Join the Fun!
Imagine a warm summer day with 150 wines to sample from 20 Colorado wineries (and new this year, hard cider!) along with 1,500 of your soon to be favorite tasting companions. There will be music, food, and shopping to cap off an event nestled in the heart of Red Rocks right in Morrison, Colorado. Proceeds from this event go to Bootstraps !

We've had a few volunteer positions open up in all time slots for Wine on the Rocks. If you just didn't get around to signing up, or maybe you have a friend who wants to join you, this is truly your last opportunity.

Please consider registering by August 4th so we have time to email your assignment to you. Volunteers over the age of 16 are encouraged to sign up. High schoolers will receive community service hours for this event.
