The American Red Cross is launching its third annual Giving Day on April
26, 2017. On Giving Day we come together nationally and locally to
raise awareness for our critical mission and to raise funds, to support the
lifesaving work of the American Red Cross. By uniting together, we can
make a major impact. Families, neighbors and communities who have
just experienced a devastating home fire or other disaster will receive
relief and hope as they begin to rebuild their lives.
Nearly every eight minutes, we meet a family that has lost everything to a home fire or other
disaster—the roof over their heads, their clothes, their most cherished possessions. But you
can help during those first devastating hours. Your gift can provide hope and urgent relief,
like food, shelter and other essentials to people who need it most. On April 26, unite with
