2019 Planning Meeting - Conifer Historical Society Development Committee

All are welcome to join us for this meeting, particularly those who are interested in participating on the Development Committee in 2019. We will be meeting on Friday, August 31, 2018 from 5 PM - 7 PM at the Conifer Historical Society & Museum, 26951 Barkley Road, Conifer, Colorado 80433.

You do not need to be a Board Member to be on this committee! Volunteers (current and new) are welcome and encouraged to participate. We love your ideas and want to hear them!

Q: What does the Development Committee do?

A: The Development Committee is comprised of members responsible for the corporation’s Membership, Volunteers, Fundraising, Donations, and Grant Submissions. The Development Committee is accountable to the President, and is required to provide a written report to the Board on a bi-monthly basis. (CHSM Bylaws)

Agenda for this Meeting

1) Preparing for Colorado Gives 2018 and Year End Appeal Letter. (40 minutes)

2) Discuss/Select ideas for 2019 Fundraising, Membership, and Volunteering (60 minutes)

3) Identify People willing to support on-going Development Tasks(20 minutes)
