Established in 1993, the intent of the program is to broaden community awareness, strengthen leadership skills and to cultivate career growth potential by offering programs to help you understand the dynamics of the community. Graduates of Leadership Evergreen are asked to be proactive and utilize their leadership skills to benefit the community in which they live.

We are now accepting applications for the Leadership Evergreen Class of 2019-2020! Started in 1993 and graduating our first class in 1996, Leadership Evergreen has hosted a class every other year since to help develop vibrant, aware and active local leaders for the betterment of our mountain community. We offer participants opportunities to learn from and interact with our community, leaders and organizations to enhance and strengthen their leadership abilities with the goal of addressing issues that impact our mountain communities. Our graduates are nonprofit leaders, business owners, and dedicated, passionate community members.
