27 Nov 2018 12:33 #1 by BootstrapsInc

Colorado Gives Day is an effort to promote philanthropy in Colorado through online giving. Sponsored by Community First Foundation and First Bank. You can give securely to all your favorite CO nonprofit organizations by visiting ColoradoGives.org anytime after NOV 1 to schedule your donations to be processed on DEC 4. Please give generously!

Bootstraps has been in existence since 1945 and has helped over 1,800 mountain-area high school graduates to pursue their educational dreams by awarding more than $3.8 million in scholarships and interest-free loans. Many recent recipients are first generation college students and some would not be able to attend college without the financial assistance they receive from the community through Bootstraps.

Since 1945, Bootstraps has awarded more than $3.1 million in scholarships and interest-free loans to over 1,100 students!

AND SO CAN YOU!
Your Donation Goes Further on Colorado Gives Day!
Please give where you live and support DRIVE SMART on Colorado Gives Day, Tuesday, December 4! This 24-hour movement is a chance to increase the value of your donation, thanks to the $1 Million Incentive Fund. Created by Community First Foundation and FirstBank, the fund increases the value of every dollar donated proportionally. To make your donation to DRIVE SMART on Colorado Gives Day, go to our page and schedule your donation today. Seatbelts and you can both save lives. Be a part of our life saving mission to keep everyone safe on the road.

We hear about it on the news, and many of us have experienced it firsthand: car crashes claiming the lives of young people. We hear them being called, “accidents,” and think gloomily, “Accidents happen…another day, another tragedy.”

This does not have to be!

For 25 years, DRIVE SMART has been a leader in working with high school students and their parents providing education and awareness programs to prevent these crashes from occurring among young drivers. Your donation will help us continue to work in our Colorado communities keeping our roads safe for all drivers, riders, and passengers.

Thank you for your support of our work!
