Upcoming events with Aspen Peak Cellars Winery

Happy news to share from Aspen Peak Cellars! This came to my Inbox this morning:

Dear Friends of Aspen Peak Cellars,

The loss of our winery has really sunken in, as we completed our first full month without our production facility. While assessing the remaining parts of the business and inventory, we are continuing to explore our short term options to keep our tasting rooms in Conifer and Florence up and running.

We just have received word from the federal, state and local licensing authorities that our application for a change in location will be expedited and we should have the proposed production facility in Pine Junction up and running pretty soon. Along with this great news, we are also working on plans to rebuild the winery with tasting room on the existing lot as soon as possible. Meetings with the county Planning & Zoning and Building departments, surveyor, architect, builder and engineers will give us a good idea of the actual placement and timeline for construction of the winery.

While our tasting room in Florence still has some of all of our wines, the one in Conifer has only a limited stock of reds, but we have supplemented with other Colorado wines to offer a full assortment.

Snowshoe & Fondue
