Weekend Special at Aspen Peak Cellars

Great snowshoe and fondue season opener yesterday, oyster Happy Hour, Euchre and dinner, thanks to all who joined us. Today we will welcome the Barrel Riders to the stage from 2-5. Awesome mahi special with grapefruit salsa and lime cilantro rice. Smoked salmon bisque and a beet / goat cheese and toasted almond salad along with our regular menu.

Another awesome Sunday on spigot! Full snowshoe group coming back this afternoon for some winery fun. Please join us and support Chaz DePaolo and his Band from 2-5pm in his return to the stage after the devastating loss of his home and pets in a fire last month. Steak gorgonzola flatbread special and wrapping up the week with Wine Down Sunday tonight. Cheers!

What a gorgeous day up here in Bailey, stop in for some winery fun this afternoon with live music by Curbside Pkup, 2-5, or wrap up the week with Wine Down Sunday, 50% off a bottle of wine with your dinner after 5pm. Tuscan white bean, spinach and prosciutto soup, Hungarian goulash soup, tropical salad and an Opah special with farro salad and beet beurre rouge, besides our regular menu.

Yeah, it's Friday! Our weekend soup and salad are Butternut squash bisque, Caesar salad, the special is Pork belly wrapped elk meatloaf with lingonberry jus, rosemary mashed potatoes, $22. It pairs well with our "last call" 2020 CO Petit Verdot (only couple of cases left). We have also released the 2022 CO Riesling, $21/bottle, lots of aromatics like poached pear in this off dry white from Talbott's vineyards in Palisade.
