Island Style Night, Swiss & Colorado Day, New Awards & Wine Festivals

Dear Winery Friends,

We are excited to let you know that the search for grapes in the Pacific Northwest was successful and we will supplement our sparse local supply with some wonderful varietals from Washington State in the next year or two. BTW, it was fun to see a "landlocked dog" interact with salt water for the first time, none the less Wrigley had a great time on the trip, until the temperatures hit record setting triple digits up there. Glad to be back home and celebrate the summer season with many special events and wine festivals around Colorado.

This 4th of July weekend we will offer a beef tenderloin and mushroom skewer, red wine demi-glace and herb roasted red, white and blue potatoes as our Holiday special for $20. Live music on Saturday and Sunday from 2-5pm.

The following weekend we will hold our Summer Wine Club Dinners, only few tickets remain for Friday as Saturday is sold out. There is a change in entertainment on Friday night, Johnny T will take the stage instead of Kenny, Pat and Jackson.

On Saturday, July 17th, we will attend our first wine festival since Covid and look forward to seeing many of you at our booth in Castle Rock. We are also participating in Manitou Springs on August 28th and have been now accepted in Palisade for the Colorado Mountain Winefest on September 18th & 19th.

Friday, 7/23, 6:30-9PM, we will host our second annual Island Style Night with a tropics inspired, 3-course plated dinner, celebrating our #BaileyCoBeach setting. Reservations now available.

August 1st is special for us, as it is Swiss Independence and Colorado Day. We are excited to welcome The Austrian Connection Band to entertain us from 2-5pm with traditional alpine oompah tunes, while we are serving specials from both regions. Make sure to call to reserve a table.

Great news from the 2021 Finger Lakes International Wine Competition, as we received 2 Silver and 3 Bronze awards for our entries. See below for details.
