Dear Winery Friends,


As we are transitioning in to winter mode, #BaileyCoBeach will be closed for full service and riverside tables will only be open for take-out with counter pickup. There is a new buzzer system in place to let you know when your food is ready. Dogs are also welcome on our riverside patio. Our bottle crushing program will resume in the spring, so please only return APC labeled bottles at this time.

We would love to see you post your favorite Summer Bailey Beach memories on social media with the hashtag #BaileyCoBeach. The indoor dining options consist of main dining room, heated, covered deck and our barrel room if needed. Rockin' Rapids live music series every weekend and occasional dinner theme nights continue to be offered during the cold weather season. Bands will play in the main dining room. It is always best to call ahead and encourage you to reserve a table.

The winter menu is going in effect on Wednesday 11/17/21, yeah, fondue is back, along with another couple of changes, check it out.

Please make sure you are committed to the date before booking, as our rescheduling options are very limited and tickets are non-refundable, but transferable. Must be 21 or older to attend, sorry no dogs allowed. We offer a 10% discount for bookings until end of November, please use coupon code EARLYBIRD during checkout.

New this season, we will offer a certain amount of gift tickets with an open date to be booked by recipient as soon as possible. We will only have 5 spots per outing available for those type of tickets, first come, first serve.

We are excited to continue this winery tradition and are looking forward to welcome you once again to our 11th annual, ultimate Colorado winter experience. Our team will welcome you at 10:30AM at the winery for check-in, fit you with a pair of snowshoes and after a short orientation you will follow the guides out to the trailhead for an hour and a half snowshoe hike. After returning to the winery, we will challenge you to an appetizer and wine pairing, followed by our authentic Swiss cheese fondue and a glass of wine of choice, all while enjoying the tunes of our talented, local musicians.

If you are looking to book an entire outing for your private group please contact us ASAP (only available for dates which are still open). We will offer a $500 discount (not to be combined with any other discount offer) at time of booking your group of 30-40 people in one transaction over the phone or in person.
In November, we will also enjoy another LoBay Jazz & Tapas Night with The Rocky Mountain Jazz Rebellion on Friday, 11/19/21, 6:30-9:00PM. Check out the awesome menu and reserve your spots soon. There is a cover charge of $10 at time of reservation.

Our Holiday Wine Club Dinners are scheduled for the first weekend in December, Friday, 12/3/21, live music with Jenny Shawhan and Saturday, 12/4/21 with Andre LaMotte, both 6:30-9:00PM. Please make your reservations soon, in order to get your preferred seating.

If you were on the fence whether to join us on the RiverCruiseRhone River Cruise in June 2022, there are a few cabins left. As of now, we are about a group of 30 from our winery family. Looking forward to explore the Rhone Valley with you all.

We are glad to take back any of our bottles for recycling and also welcome any 3-,6, or 12-pack shipping boxes with inserts. You will receive a ticket for each bottle to enter in to our monthly drawing for a $20 gift card. Thank you and good luck!

For those who have been craving our authentic Swiss Cheese Fondue, it's back! We also replaced our mahi tacos with a Cajun Shrimp & Grits dish on this winter menu. Gluehwein replaces Sangria on the wine list. Our gift shop is stocked up and ready for you to spoil your wineaux friends this Holiday season.
