Annual Snowshoe & Fondue and Happy Hour Fridays!

Join us for Aspen Peak Cellars original Snowshoe & Fondue event, a classic Colorado day of fun (10:30AM -3:30PM) including, snowshoes & poles, guided snowshoeing, appetizers, wine tasting, authentic Swiss cheese fondue, glass of wine, live music, guides and winery staff gratuity, sales tax. It happens every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday January through March 15, 2026. Reserve your date at aspenpeakcellars.square.site/ .


On Fridays during Snowshoe season, stick around for Happy Hour Friday from 2-5pm! Every Friday we are also offering 20% OFF any mix and match 6-packs on take home wines to stock up just in time for the weekend. Our wines are the perfect fit, whether you dine at home, heading out for a camping trip, share them with your friends or it makes a wonderful gift for your "Wineaux" friends.


-Check-in for the event is 10:30-11AM at the winery, off-site snowshoeing or winter hike from 11-1:30PM, tasting, fondue & live music from 1:30-3:30PM back at the winery.

-Event is for adults, 21+ only, must present valid ID during check-in.

-Dietary restrictions will be noted and meal substitutions explained during check-in.

-Provide your own transportation from winery to trailhead and back, ride share is not a reliable source of transportation in the Bailey area.

-Sorry, pets are not allowed on the trails or at the winery/bistro.

-All Snowshoe & Fondue Tickets must be purchased for a specific date, not flexible, are non-refundable, but transferable to someone else.

-Rain, shine or Snow! Over the past 15 years, we rarely had to cancel an event because of weather, unless Hwy 285 is closed due to adverse road conditions. Snow days are lot of fun and after all, it is a snowshoe event. :)

-In the event you must cancel an existing reservation, there are very few last minute openings each weekend to reschedule. -Please prepare for 2 hours outdoors at 9000 feet elevation according to the weather forecast for that day. We recommend layers of clothing, waterproof shoes and pants, or gaiters, hat, gloves, sunglasses, sunscreens and water.

-There are multiple trail options based on your preferred activity level from easy/medium to more strenuous.
