Exciting News! SPT (Highline) is in receipt of a fully executed agreement from the State of Colorado allowing us to begin the project – Congratulations on the milestone. We are moving forward with final design and securing the necessary permits for construction. Below is high-level project time line, we will tighten up the dates upon securing permits.
Thank you for your patience during the this process, a lot of work went into preparing the application and securing the grant award, kudos to the BB Committee and the residents for devoting the time and financial resources to the project - soon to be a reality!
