Somewhat of a race. Food trucks compete against each other in cities they are not familiar with. Whoever makes the least amount of money in 2 days gets eliminated for that week. There are special challenges that they do also. Last year they had to make a different food trucks food. I hated the last episode last year. The final two teams had to make a certain amount of money then had to race to the top of a building to win. It was a stupid challenge. Maybe because my favorite made way more money, but then got lost on the way to the building.
