Cinn, you need to know how much your maker will hold. As long as you know the make and model you can usually find the manuals online. I have some recipes here but I will have to dig them out. What I have found though is they do much better making soft ice cream and frozen yogurt than they do regular ice cream...I can't seem to make mine make hard ice cream at all. It is all semi soft.
