What's on the Table for Easter Dinner?

Unfortunately I'll be on the road this year but normally I would go to my little brother's place in Littleton and we'd team up to feed the normal crowd of family and friends. Standard menu for Easter with the Toadwater family and friends (30-ish people):

Spiral cut root beer glazed ham
Roast leg of lamb
Deep fried turkey
Potatoes au gratin
Steamed carrots (with too much butter and salt)
Steamed whole green beans (ditto)
Steamed asparagus
Made from scratch dinner rolls (my brother's wife makes the best)
Did I mention butter?

What's going to be on your table?

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

"Any man who thinks he can be happy and prosperous by letting the Government take care of him; better take a closer look at the American Indian." - Henry Ford

Corruptissima re publica plurimae leges; When the Republic is at its most corrupt the laws are most numerous. - Publius Cornelius Tacitus

Knock off of "Nikko Salad" from Toyko Joes'........grilled tofu, mandarin oranges, avocados,
strawberries, pine nuts, field greens.
Grands Biscuits...and butter
Baby Carrots

and OF COURSE, Mimosas to toast the coming of Summer.....oh, I forgot.....DH grilling a steak.

Wow, you do it up big! Getting together with the family, I am bringing the fruit salad.
One sister brings the green been caserole, probably just do a ham.

Anyone else don't like the spiral cut glazed ham? It is just too sweet for me. I prefer regular ham instead.
