I like fried chicken and I have been known to sample some of the finer chocolates from time to time; for me these are two things that don't seem like they go together. On the other hand I love an authentic dark mole with dark Mexican chocolate in it. Its going to be a long time before I get back to LA so maybe someone else can share their experience if they get a chance to try this dish out.
