High Altitude Baking and Cooking
by: Rebecca

Turns out, because we live at such a high elevation, sometimes we need to tweak our recipes a bit. A lot of people, myself included, often ignore or forget to do to this. Others just don’t know.

If you’re new to Colorado baking, or if you've always wondered how to make those recipes come out just right, we’ve got a can’t-miss event. High-altitude food specialist Randi Levin will share tips on how to adjust recipes for success and flavor at higher elevations. She’ll also provide information on healthy cooking and baking, including special dietary concerns.
