Look whats smoking tonight

This bad boy will go on the smoker in about an hour can’t wait to eat tonight.

Mr. Happy will be surprised I owe him a B-Day dinner as we had personal stuff going on that day.

It will get a nice coating of secret mustard rub before going on. I use a Traeger grill it will rest on a bed of onions with a little bit of beef broth for moisture then I will turn that into a nice au jus using some red wine.
