Hello, This will be our first high altitude Thanksgiving. I was just curious if any of you had some suggestions for cooking the turkey?

I found that you should cook it an hour to an hour in a half longer between 325-375. Is that correct? Thank you for your help in advice and any suggestions are truly appreciated.

I generally just check the temp - 180 in the thigh and 170 in the breast. I do use the lower 325 temp as well.

I also use lower temp and just watch the temperature.
