In the Streets of Rome with Francesca 6:00-9:00 $75 pp // $140 per couple
Walk up to the right window in Rome’s city center and you be handed something delicious to carry out. Wrapped in a napkin or a piece of brown paper, these delicious street foods are meant to be savored at the rustic tables just outside.
*Roman pizza - Authentic 00 flour and Pane Angeli yeast from Naples create a crispy, chewy crust which you can top as you wish with meats, cheeses, or vegetables.
*Battered Fried Cod -- light as air with a satisfying crunch and enclosing a steaming succulent fillet
*Arancini -- translation: “little oranges”, these crispy fried balls of creamy, cheesy, Arborio rice hide a treasure of melted cheese or savory meat inside.

*Pan Seared Scallop with Banana Chili Sauce - Rich, sweet and spicy. A thrill for the palate!
*Orange and Ale Marinated Cod with Rice - Savory, light, healthy and quick!

SUMMER ITALIAN: SICILY with Francesca 6:00-9:00 $70 pp
Summer is at hand!! Here’s a lean and healthy collection that will really impress!
*Radicchio with walnuts and gorgonzola - Learn the delights of this unusual endive and see how this combination creates a positively addictive small plate offering.
*Whole “Catch of The Day” baked in salt on the grill - We will encase a whole fresh fish in salt and bake it on the grill for the moistest, tastiest, good-for-you thing ever! A really fun technique.
*Caffe Granita - Crystallized rich, sweet espresso, icy cold, with whipped cream…. I LOVE being Italian!
