This was a big year for food and booze in Denver. From esteemed chefs pouring in from all corners of the country to open new and exciting restaurants to fresh bar concepts, distilleries, breweries and coffee shops — 2018 was a year of dining and drinking expansion, to say the least. Some of the new additions are even gaining national attention from big names like Bon Appétit. Now, we loosen our belts, look to the future and prepare for yet another momentous year of eating and drinking in Denver.
