This is a fabulous recipe for Greek Salad Dressing. Way more economic to make it yourself plus you know what is in it. This dressing is great on any salad and wonderful in the summer drizzled on slices of fresh tomatoes right out of your garden along with thin slices of red onion. Use it to flavor your pasta salad or make your Bruschetta topping with. You can also add a little lemon juice to this for a slight lemony hint which is amazing!
