Fancy restaurants in Evergreen was created by RY

I need some recommendations for some fancy (but healthy) restaurants in Evergreen where I can take my daughter for her birthday for lunch. Any recommendations?

New seafood place , fresh and clean. Smugglers something near Moose deli joint . Across from Walmart.

I dunno if I'm too late...but...in Kittredge...Black Hat Cattle Company...reservations preferred...a tad pricey, but worth it...
