I need suggestions for tomatoes that are all ripening at once. Should I freeze them? Can them?

I would freeze them in Seal-A-Meal bags instead of canning , as I think it's quicker..

We've been canning ours - Italian Stewed Tomatoes, tomato sauce, and whole tomatoes for spaghetti sauce. It does take a lot of time though...

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

How about making Salsa with your tomatoes?? All you need is a few onions, jalapenos, garlic, red or green bell peppers and a lot of love!

Check out my Peach Salsa recipe on my food blog.
