Thinking of buying a smoker

I've had both the charcoal and electric types and I vastly prefer the electric. I don't notice any loss of taste at all and when you are smoking something like a turkey that takes hours it is much, much easier than fiddling around with charcoal. Just don't be cheap wtih the wood chips. Get good quality ones and use plenty.

Don't ask me. I have never had to buy one. I normally just date them.
