Easy way to add pictures and youtube to your posts.

I just want to create an avatar when I use a photo on my desk top I get this message:

The submitted avatar is 231 pixels wide and 155 pixels high. Avatars must be at least 20 pixels wide and 20 pixels high, but no larger than 175 pixels wide and 155 pixels high.

So how do I change the pixels?

I replied to post...
I just clicked on 'add image' at the top of the site and the 'Image play '' opened..
I browsed to my picture files on my computer and uploaded the pic..
then left clicked on the highlighted 'dirrect link'... clicked copy ..
Then clicked Img' in the post and pasted (left click) paste.. between the Img/Img
and there it was
