i looked around on all of these and figure i am just overlooking something - sometimes, with all the info around, it is overwhelming and i am not finding it, so some questions

also when using pm - how do you put two names in the to section.
my mom recently learned how to email and so far i have only been able to get her to the front page. a lot of this is new to her. do you have suggestions for those just starting out? sorry if i missed that too.

thanks for info on delete. sometimes i would see the delete and then other times it was gone. now i understand.
